It’s time to kick off your career in sport with the Gold Coast’s first fully integrated education and sports industry program, delivered in partnership between the Gold Coast SUNS and TAFE Queensland. 

This unique opportunity will be delivered in partnership between the Gold Coast SUNS Football Club and TAFE Queensland. Taking place at the clubs’ world class facilities at the Gold Coast SUNS HQ, it will allow you to learn within the four walls of an elite sporting organisation.  You will have the chance to connect with industry experts, engaging with staff, players and coaches from the Gold Coast SUNS. On top of the immersive learning content, you will have the opportunity to complete up to 100 hours of work-integrated learning across various departments within the club to supercharge your resume.

By completing the Diploma of Leadership and Management / Diploma of Sport (BSB50420 / SIS50321), you will receive up to one year of university credit towards select undergraduate degrees.

Key components that will enhance the student experience, and separate this program from others include: 

• Engage with Gold Coast SUNS staff, including managers, and coaches

• Complete up to 100 hours of practical work-integrated learning across the SUNS organisation 

• Receive up to one year of university credit towards select undergraduate degrees
