It’s time to kick off your career in sport with the Gold Coast’s first fully integrated education and sports industry program, delivered in partnership between the Gold Coast SUNS and TAFE Queensland.

The year-long Diploma of Sport and Diploma of Leadership and Management (SIS50321 / BSB50420) course will take place at the clubs’ world class facilities at Heritage Bank Stadium and the Carrara Sports precinct. You will build the skills and knowledge you need to manage people, build relationships, networks and teams in sport, and become a better leader.

This unique opportunity allows you to learn within the four walls of an elite AFL club and connect with industry experts, engaging with staff, players and coaches from the Gold Coast SUNS. On top of the immersive learning content, you will have access to 100 hours of work-integrated learning across various departments within the Gold Coast SUNS and AFL Queensland businesses to supercharge your resume.

By completing the Diploma of Sport / Diploma of Leadership and Management (SIS50321 / BSB50420), you will receive up to one year of university credit towards select undergraduate degrees. Additionally, the Gold Coast SUNS intend to hire two graduates from each completing cohort to take up roles within the club.
